Six months ago I bought a Netbook with a warranty and somehow Best Buy is getting me for $139 dollars to fix it because the screen went blank. Yesterday I bought a Toshiba laptop, 700 dollars, another 400 for Best Buy to fill it with the works, Word, three years insurance, anti virus, etc. Now, my Internet won't connect through my motem (which I paid Best Buy/Geek Squad to come to my home to set up, 100 dollars)because before I phoned the Geek Squad for help I tried to set up my motem myself, didn't know I had to save that password and the Geek Squad agent had to create a new password which he didn't save or tell me and now, turns out, I need to pay 100 additional dollars for the Geek Squad to come here again and give my motem a brand new password so that I can get on the Internet with my new Toshiba laptop.
Best Buy dropped the ball and needs to take responsibility. I'm really pissed. I'm always happy, not today. I'm getting screwed and I hate the feeling.
