Does anybody know Who affects SPAM? Moreover, are they just mean, why would they want to?

Does anybody know, like, How they do it? Are they suffering boredom? On path to make new stuff?

What do you do once you're experienced it? Change your email and password? Wipe-out and restart programs?

Lastly, has this ever happened to you? What did you do to wipe the Spam away? I think I did it last night, but, could that be true as in, so quickly?
