Gain Weight! A How To:

For this Pear shape at five feet, four and a half (the and a half is because I maintain good posture) inches tall, I've stayed a healthy 130 pounds basically for the first part of my life and I say that because I'm only 45 years old! Hunger is my cue to eat the exception being an a occasional sweet tooth.

I don't own a scale but I'm sure I've gained several pounds because in the last month; I eat more because I'm irritatingly hungrier. What's changed?

A good daily multivitamin plus minerals supplement!

So does this mean the vitamin is what I need or should I return what's more normal for me? What would you do?
