my simple day involved...HOT SEX/Dedicated To Karen and Rose

Just kidding. It involved good Feng Shui! In the last several days, I estimate I spent at least ten hours cleaning. And not just cleaning. SCRUBBING DIRT UNTIL THE POINT OF DEHYDRATION BECAUSE OF DROWNING TYPE SWEAT WITH EACH MOVE. YES. MY. BODY. MOVED. A LOT. Thank goodness I'm ambidextrous and flexible like a rubber band, seriously.

For example, I moved the refrigerator myself to the hallway but that merely got the ball rolling. Then, I took a broom to one of the two ceiling fans, tapped it, and silver particles, black dirt, wood pieces and random bright colors formed a sandy texture that liberally sprinkled on my head like a rain cloud. Of course, after that, I had to finish really cleaning it. And on and on.

Another miracle prompted this miracle and the other one I'm referring to has to do with a straw hat, real summer rain clouds a Vietnamese gender and books. I wanna make a nice home for him to come to when he comes, to me. Now, this apartment is truly lovely. So is he. I released a balloon several years ago, into the sky and made a wish. It came true. I read about the procedure in a Feng Shui book. I'm so lucky, all these miracles.

Speaking of loveliness and miracles - my nephew and his wife just had their third baby and that's the meaning of life and they get to smell a new one, the best smell in the world, no?

Anyway, while cleaning I was listening to Lauryn Hill's Zion. I dedicate this song to you Karen Foster. Love, Bad Aunt Sheila

To Zion by Lauryn Hill

Unsure of what the balance held
I touched my belly overwhelmed
By what I had been chosen to perform
But then an angel came one day
Told me to kneel down and pray
For unto me a man child would be born
Woe this crazy circumstance
I knew his life deserved a chance
But everybody told me to be smart
Look at your career they said,
"Lauryn, baby use your head"
But instead I chose to use my heart

Now the joy of my world is in Zion
Now the joy of my world is in Zion

How beautiful if nothing more
Than to wait at Zion's door
I've never been in love like this before
Now let me pray to keep you from
The perils that will surely come
See life for you my prince has just begun
And I thank you for choosing me
To come through unto life to be
A beautiful reflection of his grace
See I know that a gift so great
Is only one God could create
And I'm reminded every time I see your face

That the joy of my world is in Zion
Now the joy of my world is in Zion
Now the joy of my world is in Zion
Now the joy of my world is in Zion

Marching, marching, marching to Zion
Marching, marching
Marching, marching, marching to Zion
Beautiful, beautiful Zion
(repeat to end of song)
