A Geek Squad representative came out today to re set my motem and he told me how to deceive Best Buy and get this laptop for free. Just kidding. He did tell me how my other laptop is indeed still under warranty and that I shouldn't pay the 118 to fix it. Such mixed messages from individuals at the same company. It does go to show that sometimes, depending who you get to service you, it's the luck of the draw.
