Didn't Forget

I didn't forget my gratitude that I had/felt yesterday for getting to be the closest person to my dad before he died. It was/is a miracle.

It was cloudy today! The sun is okay to me as long as I'm protected meaning hat, sunglasses and in the shade. It's so nice to be alive in this moment that I'll take any light I can get.

Speaking of light, I need to be led towards a light when it comes to my query. I've gotten several rejections from memoir lit agents so far and that means I need to edit my query for sure. If only they could read a chapter. In Nathan Bransfords Blog yesterday he asked if it's better to get a rejection or to not hear anything. I'd rather not hear anything. Most of his other Followers said they like the rejection. What? They think they can "learn" something. I'm the queen of rejections and they're never personal. But I have learned one thing from my mass of rejections - I've gotta keep reading and writing. Yeah.
